Mrs. Sherise- Owner

Hello! My name is Sherise and I am the Owner of Joyful Noise Christian Daycare. I consider myself a seasoned childcare professional with over 24 years of experience dedicated to nurturing young minds and building high‑quality early learning environments. My career began in 2001, with the successful launch of my own home daycare, where I developed a reputation for creating warm, structured, and developmentally rich spaces for children to thrive. Driven by a passion for community, education, and excellence, God led me to expand my vision beyond home—going on to open and operate several daycare centers. Throughout my career, I have overseen program development, staff training, licensing compliance, and family engagement initiatives, all while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compassion, and professional integrity. My leadership is rooted in my belief that early childhood education lays the foundation for lifelong success. My work continues to reflect my dedication to providing families with dependable, high‑quality care and creating environments where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Overall, I am truly grateful God has allowed me the opportunity to be a seed in the lives of so many families and the lives of their children. I firmly believe “if we raise up a child, in the way that they should go, when they are older, they will not depart from it”. Proverbs 22:6
Mrs. Stefany- Genesis

My name is Ms. Stefany, and I am the lead teacher in the infant room. I have been working with children for 7 years, and every moment has shaped me into the educator I am today. I have earned my Child Development Associates credential and I love working with infants because I get to make a meaningful difference in their lives—watching them grow, learn, and discover the world in their own unique ways. They inspire me daily and have helped me become a better person. In my classroom, I aim to create a space where children feel safe, loved, and supported every single day. I believe that infants thrive when they are surrounded by warmth, consistency, and gentle guidance, so I work hard to build an environment where they can explore, grow, and discover at their own pace. Children can expect me to guide them with patience and intentional care, meeting their needs with calm attention and nurturing encouragement. Whether they are learning new skills, building confidence, or simply needing comfort, I am committed to being a steady, loving presence in their early development. My goal is to make our classroom a place where little ones feel secure enough to try new things, express themselves, and begin building the foundation for a lifetime of learning. A fun fact about me is that I love to cook. I also have a special needs son whom I adore and this experience has made me a stronger mom, nurse, therapist, and advocate. He has taught me patience, resilience, and the true meaning of unconditional love—qualities I carry with me into my work with every child.
